NURTURING PRACTICE + INTUITIVE GUIDANCE + SOULFUL Photography

Like many of us, my path has been a winding one. Nearly six years ago, I embarked on a journey to slow down and listen more deeply within. Surrounded by volcanoes and the beauty of Lake Atitlán, I heard a soft whisper in my soul.

I'm Jenn, a yoga teacher, ceremonial space-holder, intuitive brand guide, photographer, and carrier of sacred sound.

As I wander this enchanting labyrinth of life, it is this quiet voice within that continues to guide me.

I believe coming home to ourselves is a process of Remembering who we are - Remembering we are Innately Good, Unconditionally Worthy, and Completely Whole.

It is my deepest joy to walk together as we navigate
the adventure of coming home to ourselves.

"Come home to yourself, my Darling."

Hello, Radiant Human

Most importantly, I'm just another human finding my way in this glorious journey of aliveness.

A dear friend and mentor of mine often speaks of our lives as a spiral path. Sometimes we return to a space that feels so similar to where we have once been, but we are actually one layer deeper in wisdom and experience. This has been of great comfort to me in the ebb and flow of life, particularly in seasons where I cannot quite tune into my essence and aliveness, the energizing life force that flows through me.

Before we are born, this aliveness, the song of the Universe is planted in our hearts. When we are young, we can still hear its melody with crystal clarity. But as we grow older, if we do not nurture that connection, we may forget what the music sounds like.

This being human is a tender experience. Full of exquisite wonder and devastating heartbreak, this being alive is replete with beautiful mystery and wild paradox.

HEARING THE SONG WITHIN

Yet, with a trembling heart and relentless curiosity, I embarked on a journey to follow the music deep within. I discovered the magic of yoga, cacao, breath, mantra, ceremony – and the most potent guide of all – my singing voice.

For a long time, I imagined that I must simply cover over those vulnerabilities, hoping in time, they would heal.

Throughout my life, I felt the stirrings of this inner song longing to come alive.
But for many reasons, I felt for that I was not inherently safe, that I was
fundamentally broken, and that I did not belong.

Somehow, when I was only a small child, my deep sense of aloneness in the world became an “umbilicus of longing" that connected me to the realms of music.

Singing has always been a powerful force in my life -
the truest part of me.

my voice BECAME a beacon in the night - a loving presence that hELD me, invitING me out of the depths, nurturING my aliveness and joy, and GUIDING me to remember my wholeness.

The poet Rumi wrote that the wound is where the light enters. I now believe that these tender places of trauma, shame, lack of belonging, and disconnection with our vitality can reveal so much if we allow ourselves to listen.

For me, the invitation is to stay with the wound, letting the light in, and tending to it patiently, with curiosity and love. And in that stillness, I have begun to catch a few more notes of the most beautifully haunting melody - an inner song I have always known.

Nurturing the connection with the joy of aliveness, the deepest song of our soul, is healing medicine in the act of Remembering that we belong to ourselves, and that we are innately whole.

We each contain multitudes. As creative, sensitive souls, it is the journey of a lifetime to continue this Remembering - through slowing down, resting, listening deeply, cultivating awareness in the practices of daily life - to then create lives full of love and joy and beauty and justice - and meaningful work in alignment with our beings.

To Live Inside that Song, for each of us, is to navigate our relationship with the unknown, trusting the spiral path, and embracing our lives- our very beings- more fully.

And so wherever you are in your journey home to yourself, your aliveness, your wholeness, I am here to hold space for your own Remembrance as we walk together on this path.

ALL OF WHO YOU ARE IS so WELCOME HERE.

We live in sunny Florida half of the year, and in the beautiful southwest countryside of Devon, England for the other half. This year we walked a section of the South West Coast Path in Cornwall and hiked Snowdonia!

I met the love of my life on an airplane 14 years ago! In 2022, we eloped on the Isle of Skye on a misty morning in Scotland.

My last name is French, and it's pronounced "Good Row." (Pantomimes rowing a boat and having a grand ol' time.)

The forest is my happy place - bonus if there's a river and mountains. Otherwise you'll find me curled up on the couch learning about psychology, philosophy, music, business, or my countless other special interests.
